Description

Wild Mango Glaze gives you the taste of our Queensland summer year round! Sprinkle on moist chicken portions and allow the glaze to develop. Think Kebabs, Tenders, Wings!

For a zesty salad toss grilled wild mango chicken into a salad with avocado and fresh mango pieces or follow our simple recipe below.

If 2kgs is too much (it’s not – you’ll devour it) we’ve got a 320g jar to give it a go first.

Wild Mango BBQ Chicken

A summer favourite! Packs a flavour punch with mango and hints of chilli without being spicy

Ingredients
  

  • 4 to 6 Chicken Cutlets - Skin On
  • 150 g Wild Mango Glaze
  • 1 bunch Fresh Herbs - Mint & Parlsey for garnish
  • 2 limes sliced for serving
  • 1 Sliced Fresh Chilli optional

Instructions
 

  • Pre Heat oven or BBQ to 180°c
  • Make two slices across the skin of each chicken cutlet, coat liberally with Wild Mango Glaze
  • Oven or BBQ Bake, ideally remaining on low heat to not burn coating
  • Serve immediately, squeeze lime juice over top and garnish with fresh herbs and chilli
  • Serve with steamed white rice and crisp salad
