Description
Inspired by flavours of Asian cooking, this peanut free Satay perfectly compliments lamb, beef or chicken. You can expect a deep yellow marinade to form as the glaze develops.
Usage: Use at 3% of finished product. Sprinkle over moist meat portions and allow to stand for the glaze to develop.
