RETURNED GOODS/RESTOCKING

– If you are not satisfied with what you have purchased from The Food Prep Group / Butcher at Home we will refund / replace / exchange the items of concern if we are advised within 14 days of your receipt of the goods – subject to the following criteria:

– The goods must be returned in the original packaging.
– The original packaging must be in good condition.
– The goods must be in a resaleable condition.
– No refund / replacement / exchange will be processed until the goods are received for inspection.
– A restocking fee of 10 % may apply.
– The goods must be returned at the customers cost.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

– The Food Prep Group / Butcher at Home only warranty product in accordance to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
– No warranty claims will be processed until the goods are received for inspection and approval is granted from the manufacturer.
