BSC Garlic Butter Flavour Glaze 330g

A smooth blend of garlic and herbs with a hint of butter suiting any cut of meat. When applied liberally this will bring a high gloss wet glaze.

Lets be honest garlic and butter go with just about anything savoury! This is the perfect combination of two of our favourite flavours that can be used as a base or layered to bring more flavour through. This is great on any meat or fish dishes and can be grilled, smoked, pan fried or roasted. We love it sprinkled over roast vegetables.

Usage: Sprinkle over moist meat portions and allow to stand for the glaze to develop.
