Ideal for grilling or pan-frying, this premix ensures your sausages are packed with rich, savory, and slightly sweet flavors.

Usage: 1kg of premix, 16.5kg of minced meat, 2kg of cold water and 150g of Honey. Hang sausages in chiller overnight to stabilise.
