• Double sided whetstone providing two finishes for dull or blunt knives. Medium 1000 grit will resharpen while the fine 3000 grit removes burrs and gives a smoother edge.
• Best for straight edge knives held at a 15-30 degree angle using a back and forth motion.
• Comes with a non-slip base to keep the whetstone in place while sharpening
• Before use it's recommended to fully submerge in water for up to 5 minutes or until bubbles are no longer visible.
