Jerky Cure Hunters Blend 200g

The Hi Mountain Jerky Cure & Seasoning Hunters Blend is a unique blend of spices that includes garlic, pepper, a hint of hickory, and some heat to finish. Use it with beef, wild game, chicken, fish, or any other meat you want. Each kit can season up to 15 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 10 lbs.

The kit comes with one package of cure and one package of seasoning, as well as a shaker bottle and detailed instructions.

Seasoning Ingredients: Salt, pepper, garlic powder, hickory powder with maltodextrin, spice extractives, spices (includes cayenne, chipotle, jalapeno and habanero peppers and black pepper), sugar, natural flavours and natural smoke flavour. Not more than 2% soybean oil and silicon dioxide to prevent caking. Contains wheat.

Cure (sachet separate to seasoning): Salt, sugar, sodium n (.85%), caramel colour.
