Hi Mountain The Mandarin Teriyaki Blend Jerky Kit gives your next batch of jerky a light teriyaki taste with a hint of mandarin orange. Use with beef, wild game, chicken, fish, or any other kind of meat you want. Each kit can season up to 15 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 10 lbs.

The kit comes with one package of cure and one package of seasoning, as well as a shaker bottle and detailed instructions.

Seasoning Ingredients: Sugar, soy sauce powder [soy sauce (wheat, soybeans, salt) maltodextrin, salt], dehydrated garlic and onion, food starch-modified, hydrolyzed soy protein, spice extractive and not more than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking. Contains soy and wheat.
