Peking Original Marinade 4L

For diced pork Chinese style or duck breast.

A glossy dark marinade with a carefully blended selection of Chinese spices, and refined with Worcestershire sauce and sweet white wine.

Directions:  Pour over meat portions and marinate in fridge overnight or as long as possible for maximum flavour development.

Usage: Refrigerate after opening
