Jalapeno peppers, onion, garlic and some zesty spices are blended for that spicy taste that will warm you on the coldest of nights!
Makes up to 15 kg of finished product

Donna's Smokey Shotgun Shells
Stuffed sausage meat canneloni shells, wrapped in bacon and smoked
- Spicy Jalapeno Sausage Meal
- Pickled Jalapenos
- Bacon Rashers
- Canneloni Shells
- Mozzarella Cheese (Grated)
- Outback Red (Bundaberg spice Company)
- BBQ Sauce
- Cold Water

Mix mince, Jalapeno sausage meal and iced water well, add all other wet ingredients, fill shells, roll in bacon rashers and shake Outback Red all over, into the fridge for 6 hours to overnight to allow the shells to soften before going into the smoker at 100°c, baste occasionally with bbq sauce while smoking, take out of smoker, baste once more then finish in the air fryer to crisp up the bacon.
