Description
You can’t get much more Italian then sun ripened tomatoes and basil, with a few other additions like garlic, onion, sweet paprika and course cut herbs it has a great visual appeal. This glaze has so much flavour it’s hard to miss it! Go that bit further by adding a dash of wine to create a tasty marinade!
Directions: For best results sprinkle liberally onto both sides of product and press into product. Alternatively, slowly add enough water to 1 g of mix to form a thick sauce, pour over 1kg of meat and marinate or tumble. NOTE: Water can be substituted with white wine. Do not add wine if marinating beef or lamb.
