We’re proud to be importing some of the amazing range on offer by Alimenta. A 30 year old Italian company with a goal to enhance the daily work of butchers with the support of technical equipment for cutting meat.

Alimenta have adapted over the years and grown their offering to include marinades, breadings of different colours and grain sizes, mixes for burgers, seasonings for meat, creams and processing aids.

Here you will find Alimenta’s range of Meat saver paper, Hamburger discs in various sizes and colours, Burger Patty Press and Meat Cake Press also known as a truffle press.
