Meat Cures & Salt

Our range of different meat cures will suit your various curing needs. Traditional Maple Ham & Gold Star Meat Cures are COMPLETE – simply add the correct amount of cure to fresh water and pump into your ham and bacon. All other cures are mixed with a brine solution to form a standard cure mix.

Butchers Salt is available in three sizes for convenience – used for the preparation of your brine solutions when curing meat.
