Smallgood Blends

Small goods blends are used to make meat products such as ham, bacon, sausages or salami. Salami is a cured sausage consisting of fermented and air-dried meat, typically pork. Ham is pork from a leg cut that has been preserved by wet or dry curing, with or without smoking. Kransky Sausage is a delicious Slovenian sausage made of fresh pork and bacon and smoked over an open flame.
