Boodua Creek Hearty Beef - Slow Cook 600ml

An authentic Boodua Creek artisan slow cooker recipe base!

600ml Hearty Beef cooking sauce can be used with up to 2-3kg of bone in gravy beef depending how saucy you want your finished dish. Once opened the jar will last up to 6 weeks in the fridge so is also ideal if you're wanting to make a smaller portion.

Directions: Place up to 3kg of bone-in gravy beef, Jar of Hearty Beef Slow Cook Sauce, 1 can of stout beer or 500ml of beef stock  into the slow cooker or hot pot, cook on low for 8 hours.

Optional to add veggies of your choice during slow cooking or serve with mash or rice, steamed greens and crusty bread!

Got left overs? Line a pie tin with puff pastry, fill with slow cooked beef and bake until the puff pastry is brown and perfectly crisp.
