Collagen Devro 30mm Red - Caddy

Easy to handle collagen casings for use on smoked or fresh sausages with no refrigeration or soaking required prior to use.

Each caddy has 42 tubes with a 30mm filled-diameter, approx fill rate of 4.5-5kgs of finished product / 10.4meters per casing depending how tightly strands are wound.
