Ingredients: Garlic Crumb (Tapioca Starch, Maize Starch, Soy Flour, Garlic (8%), Rice Bran Oil, Salt, Dextrose, Yeast, Rising Agents (200, 575), Herbs & Spices).

Stephs recommended method:

Tenderise and flatten chicken breasts with a meat mallet for an even cook.

Dip chicken pieces in corn flour, egg then coat in the schnitzel crumb. Shallow fry in rice bran oil until internal temperature hits 75°C.

For somersetting different, cut a zuchini into wedges. Crumb and fry using the method above until crispy on the outside. Dip into Sirracha Mayo.
