The traditional flavours of a northern Indian sweet curry are captured in this light yellow flavoursome marinade.

A sublime blend of mild spices is perfectly balanced with the sweetness of plump sultanas, sun ripened apricots and shredded coconut.

Directions:  Pour over meat portions and marinate in fridge overnight or as long as possible for maximum flavour development.

Usage: Refrigerate after opening
