BSC Cheese Bratwurst Sausage Meal

Make your own continental style cheese bratwurst, delicious on a warm roll with BBQ sauce and Mustard. BBQ, Pan fry or chuck them into the smoker for a smokey hit! The 1kg pack includes a curing compound packed separate inside containing salt and preservatives.

Best with beef & pork mince however can be used with either on their own

Usage: 

• Meat and Fat 13kg
• Ice Cold Water 4kg
• Hi Melt Cheese 2kg
• Brat Pack 1kg

Makes 20kg finished product

Mix mince and Cheese Brat Meal together, add half the water, then mix the curing compound in and the second half of the water before adding cheese and mixing again. Fill your desired casings and either roll your sausages or link them. Leave in the fridge over night before cooking or smoking.
