BSC Rosemary & Mint Glaze 300g

Rosemary and Mint Glaze has the perfect blend of rosemary and mint, it's full of flavour and visually appealing. When sprinkled onto cuts of lamb it forms a deep golden yellow glaze, highlighted with flecks of the rosemary and mint leaves.

If you're a Lamb lover this one is for you! Sprinkle over your lamb roast before roasting, great on lamb cutlets or racks of lamb where you want that beautiful rosemary and mint flavour.

For an additional flavour hit, sprinkle over vegetables prior to roasting!

If you make your gravy straight from the roast pan drippings, add a sprinkle of the rosemary mint into whichever flour you use as your thickener before adding into the drippings. Yummmmmmm

Usage: Use at 3% of finished product. Sprinkle over moist meat or vegetable portions and allow to stand for the glaze to develop.
