CF Garlic Butter Flavour Glaze 4kg

An aromatic blend of garlic and herbs characterises this seasoning with a hint of butter. When sprinkled liberally on any cut of meat, it forms a high gloss glaze with yellow hues. Visual appeal and flavour is enhanced with a variety of chopped garden herbs.

Use at 3% of finished product. Sprinkle over moist meat portions and allow to stand for the glaze to develop.
