Maple Syrup & Bourbon Injectable Flavour

This mild liquid brine, with a balanced flavour of Maple Syrup & Bourbon combination of maple and bourbon, tenderises your product while retaining moisture, juice and above all, flavour. Excellent for Chicken, Pork and Salmon.

Instructions for use:

1. Shake before use and pour the desired amount into a bowl.  Use approx. 200ml of brine for 1kg of product.
2. Fill the injector with brine from the bowl.  Inject and pull back slowly.
3. Inject the prescribed amount evenly into the product approx. every 2cm.
4. Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 hour.  Discard the remaining brine from the bowl.

Ingredients: water, salt, maple crystals (4%), brown sugar, brandy (3%), balsamic vinegar, flavouring (celery), stabiliser (xanthan gum), bourbon (0.1%), food acid (citric).

Contains 2% alcohol by volume.
