Best Beef Burger Patties

• 1kg Beef Mince
• 150-200mls Cold Water
• 20-22 Bundaberg Spice Company Meat Salt
• 10g Cracked Black Pepper (16/24)

Method: Mix all ingredients until patties are firm and slightly sticky, roll into desired size then press and fry or BBQ.
