Vacuum Packer bar seal tape is a non-stick tape placed on the sealing rubber to avoid burning the grooves in the sealing rubber as well as providing a smooth flat surface for the sealing wire to make contact with.

Replace your bar seal tape as soon as you can see the tape wearing, this will ensure you dont damage the plates of your heat sealer or burn through bags.
